We will be holding our Friends’ Day on Saturday 26 October from 10am – 4pm at Hampton Court Palace. Friends are invited to join us to view our new exhibition, Faces and Figures in Stitch, and attend a Talk by our Chief Executive and Curator, Dr Susan Kay-Williams. The Talks will be at 11.15am and 2.15pm.
No need to book your place. We will be doing regular pick ups from the Barrier at Tennis Court Lane at 10am, 10.30am, 11am, 12pm, 12.30pm, 1.30pm, 2pm and 3pm. Groups will be picked up promptly so if you miss a collection, then we suggest you have a quick coffee in the Tiltyard restaurant and wait for the next group. Please be aware that there will be a limited number of seats for the talk.
Feel free to come in, look round the exhibition, have a chat with some of our staff and visit our RSN Shop where we have many new stock items, perfect for early Christmas shopping!
Please Note: If you are planning on coming by train to Hampton Court Station, there are some engineering works over this weekend with a bus replacement service between Raynes Park and Hampton Court. Alternatively, visitors can take a train to Kingston and then a local bus to Hampton Court Palace. The 216, 411 and 111 buses both run a regular service from Kingston to the Palace.
