Saturday 11- Sunday 12 May: Silk & Goldwork: ‘Wind Flower’ Combining long and short silk shading with goldwork stitches including 2 types of padding, mixed couching, pearl purl, spangles, cutwork and chipping

Saturday 18 – Sunday 19 May: Intermediate Blackwork: ‘Chimneys’  Taking inspiration from the 400+ chimneys adorning the roof of Hampton Court Palace this intermediate Blackwork class covers six different Blackwork patterns and pattern darning along with some surface stitches and Pulled Work sections.

Saturday 25 May: Intro to Contemporary Crewelwork: ‘Modern Folk Embroidery’   Join RSN Tutor Chrissie Mann for this delightful Crewelwork class stitching this decorative folk design that draws on woodland motifs.

Saturday 11-  Sunday 12 May:  Silk Shading ‘Tudor Rose’  During this two day class you will learn how to execute long and short stitch and how to colour blend. Suitable for beginners to intermediate level

Sunday 12 May: Silk Shading in Wool: ‘Badger’This course will set you up with the basic skills needed to develop this beautiful embroidery technique in order to replicate the texture of fur using soft Renaissance Wool Thread.

Saturday 11- Sunday 12 May:  Illuminated Letter with Raised Embroidery Pansy  Join RSN Tutor Angela Bishop for this lovely introduction to silk shading,  raised embroidery, with a touch of gold work by creating your own illuminated letter.
