The class takes place on the following dates:

Monday 1 & 8 November 2021 4pm - 6.30pm

Please note that the cost includes the necessary kit but does not include shipping, which will be added automatically at the checkout.

Inspired by a very early 18th century lady’s waistcoat, this pretty design is embroidered with stranded silk threads on a linen fabric. Just four simple stitches are used  (Stem Stitch, Chain Stitch, Long and Short and French Knots) to create the bird and flowers making it the perfect project for less experienced stitchers and for those interested in historical embroidery.

There will be plenty of opportunity during the class to ask the Tutor questions and in advance of the class all preparation information will be emailed to you along with an invitation to join the class on the day.

Your Zoom link will be sent a minimum of 48 hours prior to the class and will be sent to the email address you booked the class with. If you do not receive it, check your junk mail to see if it is there and if you still do not have it then please email [email protected]

The class kit will be posted out to you. Your kit includes everything you need including a full colour, step by step instruction booklet. The only things you’ll need are an 8” ring frame and embroidery scissors. It would be useful to have a pencil and paper in case you wish to take extra notes.
