The class takes place from 3pm-6pm on the following dates:

Monday 6, 13, 20 & 27 June 2022
Monday 4 July 2022

For the Rest of the World bookings will close on Wednesday 18 May 2022 to allow for the kit to be posted out in time for the class.

For UK and Europe bookings will close on Wednesday 25 May 2022 to allow for the kit to be posted out in time for the class.

Please note that the cost includes the necessary kit and tracked postage.

This beautiful Russian Doll combines Appliqué with Silk Shading and Goldwork techniques. Silk dupion fabrics are applied to a linen background fabric before working the flowers and leaves in silk floss. The final touches are added using over stretched Purl Pearl, coloured chipping over felt, Couching and seed beads. The class would appeal Intermediate to advanced stitchers.

All materials will be supplied; fabric with printed design, threads, needles, and a full instruction book with step by step pictures.

There will be plenty of opportunity during the class to ask the Tutor questions and in advance of the class all preparation information will be emailed to you along with an invitation to join the class on the day.

All the stitches covered in this class and more can be found on the RSN Stitchbank.

The class kit will be posted out to you. The kit includes all the materials you require to complete the project. It would be useful to have a pencil and paper in case you wish to take extra notes and a pair of embroidery scissors  and a 10″ hoop will be needed.
