Kelley graduated from the RSN Apprenticeship in 2002 and launched RSN Bristol in 2011. Since then she has taught a variety of Day Classes and RSN Certificate & Diploma in Technical Hand Embroidery modules both at Hampton Court and in Bristol. Kelley was the Future Tutor Programme Leader for 3 years, teaching on the course during and after that time. She wrote the RSN Raised Embroidery book published by Search Press in 2017.

Kelley now teaches exclusively online, including a number of year-long Sampler Series courses which have proved very popular.
