Important Information about the event and venue
On the day of your class please arrive at the Henry VIII Gate at Windsor Castle at 09.45am to be met by RCT and RSN staff.
Windsor Castle Security
As you would expect, a high level of security is in place at Royal residences. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
Prior to the event an automated email will be sent asking that you enter your details into a security questionnaire. This information is collected solely for the purpose of security screening and will be deleted soon after your visit. Participants must bring proof of identification, details of which will be sent to each ticket-holder. Unfortunately, ticket-holders for this event who have not completed the security questionnaire or fail to bring the appropriate proof of identification will be refused entry to the Castle.
Refreshments
Please bring a packed lunch and any drinks you may require during the day. We will have a short lunch break at approximately 1.30-2pm, hopefully outside in the Education courtyard, weather permitting.
Materials
Your kit will be ready for you in the classroom. Any additional equipment will be available to purchase or borrow from the RSN on the day. It is useful to bring a notepad and pen, a thimble if you use one.

Photography
You may take photographs of your own work in progress, or of other students’ work with their permission.
