Lottie Small

Lottie Small uses her technical knowledge and skills in hand embroidery to create innovative and contemporary works exploring the concept of artists’ books.

Lottie combines the narrative Aboriginal Dreamtime storytelling of ‘The Seven Sisters’ with contemporary approaches to Astronomy. Lottie creates hand made bound Artists’ books, which reveal their small hidden worlds using felt making, print and stitch.
