Using your Account Credit (Wallet Balance)

If you have ‘credit’ on your RSN account — for example from a refund for a shop purchase or a class — you can use it towards the purchase of other shop items, a Talk or towards a day or evening class of your choice.

You can check your current credit balance, if any, on your account dashboard.

When purchasing items, your credit can be used as follows:

If your credit amount is greater than the cost of the items you are purchasing: your credit will appear alongside the other payment methods at the checkout. Select this option to use your credit balance for your purchase.

Any left over credit will stay in your account to be used at another time.

If your credit amount is less than the cost of the items you are buying: a little check box appears at the bottom of the order summary table that says ‘Pay by Wallet’. By checking this box you can use any available funds towards your order- and pay the remaining balance by your normal method (such as debit card or PayPal).


Please note that all credit must be used in the current academic year (September 1 to August 31).
