Caroline Homfray
Caroline Homfray is a professional maker and artist, exhibiting a wide range of embroidery and textile art. She specialises in free machine embroidery, and is also a keen dressmaker with a wide knowledge of construction and couture sewing techniques, including tambour or couture beading. She teaches a range of Day Classes at the RSN on both Machine Embroidery and Tambour work as well as teaching RSN Bespoke Classes.
Major projects include a commission from V&A Enterprises for jewellery to sell alongside their Gothic: Art for England exhibition. She was also part of the team that worked on the Duchess of Cambridge’s wedding dress.
