Kelley graduated from the RSN Apprenticeship and launched RSN Bristol.  Since then she has taught a variety of Day Classes and the RSN Certificate & Diploma in Technical Hand Embroidery.  Kelley is now the Future Tutors Administrator, managing the Future Tutor students and learning programme.

Kelley wrote the RSN Raised Embroidery book published by Search Press in 2017.

Kelley is also involved in a number of conservation and restoration projects. Recent restoration work has included the Redcliffe Cope for St. Mary Redcliffe Church, Bristol and several 18th century samplers.
