Description

A lovely goldwork kit designed and produced by Helen Stevens. The design is based on the shapes and textures that are found in the gentle swaying grasses, inspired by Helen’s Sussex garden. The kit is suitable for embroiderers new to goldwork but with some knowledge of general embroidery. You will learn some classic goldwork techniques, including soft string padding, couching metallic threads and cutwork, the design is approximately 9 x 14 cms and is worked on a silk/linen mix fabric. The kit contains all materials and full instructions to complete the work.
