In this Introduction to Embroidery kit, you will use a variety of embroidery stitches to create a spring wreath, you can add an initial of your choosing if you wish, making it perfect to give as a gift or keep for yourself. The wreath is worked on calico using stranded cotton with size 5 and 8 embroidery needles making it a perfect choice for beginners.

You will learn the following embroidery stitches:

  •      French and bullion knots
  •      Detached and heavy chain
  •      Woven wheel
  •      stem and back stitch
  •      Fishbone stitch
  •      Closed fly stitch.

The kit will contain a preselected variety of colour options to choose from as well as a design template so you can stitch more with the confidence gained during the class.
