RSN EXCLUSIVE Introduction to Or Nué: ‘Starfish’ by Jessica Ingram

This kit is an introduction to the beautiful Goldwork technique of Or Nué, where coloured threads are couched over gold to create colourful patterns and designs.

The design is worked in shades of turquoise stranded cotton with Gold Pearl purl and Passing thread, and spangles on a deep turquoise shot Silk Dupion. You will learn Or Nué, as well as working with Pearl Purl, and surface stitches such as Coral Stitch.

Your kit comes with everything you need to complete the design but you will also need sharp embroidery scissors and an 6 inch embroidery hoop.
