Late Art Nouveau Family Tree 1890

This elegant rose tree reflects the style and craftsmanship typical of RSN embroideries from the 1890s.

Influenced by the flowing, organic forms of Art Nouveau, the design features sinuous lines and naturalistic motifs, characteristic of this internationally celebrated artistic movement. During this period, the RSN produced large-scale embroideries for interiors, including door curtains, room screens, and decorative panels.

This historic design has been thoughtfully adapted into a meaningful family tree, with space incorporated among the roots to embroider names, creating a personal and lasting heirloom.

The kit includes all materials required to complete the design, along with a detailed instruction booklet to guide you through the process.

Design Measurement Approximately  25 x 43cm. You will need a slate frame or roller frame (minimum 18-inch) and embroidery scissors.

Designed and created by RSN Studio Hampton Court Palace, UK

The RSN Embroidery Studio has been at the heart of the Royal School of Needlework since it was founded in 1872. It is renowned for its exquisite hand embroidery for a range of clients including interior designers, fashion houses and private clients.
