Created exclusively for the RSN by Masako Newton, a beautiful Stumpwork Mistletoe Kit

Beautifully boxed and presented, making it  the perfect Christmas gift and a seasonal keepsake. This  contemporary stumpwork design can be made up to create a beautiful decorative ornament with a simple yet elegant mistletoe motif.

Enjoy stitching with variegated silk embroidery thread from Japan on ivory linen. You will use stem stitch, couching, trailing and buttonhole stitch for the 3D Mistletoe leaves. Embellish with seed beads and pearl beads for flowers and berries.

4-inch (10 cm) embroidery hoop, linen fabric, variegated embroidery threads, sewing thread, needles (chenille needle size 24, embroidery needle size 9, fine curved needle), paper-covered wire, beads, card paper, cotton fabric & ribbon
