We are delighted to present two beautiful designs of hand crafted embroidery scissors, made exclusively for the RSN by Ernest Wright of Sheffield.  Both come in a heavy RSN purple leather case embossed with our 150th Anniversary logo.

Our two designs are the Antique Stork and Vintage Print Embroidery. The Antique Stork embroidery scissors is a true eye-catcher and loved by many for its friendly look and its precise cut. It’s a valuable part of any embroiderers toolkit – though originally designed to cut the umbilical cord! Total length 4.5″/11.43 cm, blade length 1.6″/4.06 cm made from hard wearing, hand polished carbon steel.

The Vintage 4″ Print Embroidery scissors are superbly sharp and nimble – perfect for everyday use and delicate work with textiles. Total length 4″/10.16 cm, blade length 1.25″/3.18 cm and made from drop forged carbon steel for long-life precision edge retention, also hand polished.

Both come with a certificate of authenticity from the City of Sheffield.
