This class, is the perfect way to introduce you to Backwork using three Blackwork patterns; small diamond, lace and poppies plus padded satin and embellishment with Pearl Purl, Rococco, passing, bright check and spangles.
This beautiful design is stitched on a 10” hoop using a sage green zweigart linen, which is kinder to the eyes especially when new to blackwork.
This design is suitable for people with a little bit of stitching experience and there will be plenty of opportunity during the class to ask the Tutor questions.
The class kit will include everything you require to complete the project. You may like to bring your own embroidery scissors and you will be able to borrow ring frames, magnifiers and lights (if needed) on the day.
Please note this is an onsite class which will run from 10am-4pm at Hampton Court Palace, East Molesey, Surrey KT8 9AU.
