The class takes place from 3pm - 9pm on the following dates:

For the Rest of the World bookings will close on 30 April to allow for the kit to be posted out in time for the class.

This very special design has been inspired by one of the stars of the RSN collection, our 4 panelled Crewelwork screen. This screen has been a source of inspiration for RSN Certificate students for many years and is particularly notable for its Long and Short stitching and Trellis work. The main feature of our design is the beautiful bird that features in panel 2 of the original screen. He is surrounded by flowers and leaves that echo those in the other panels. During this 5 day class you’ll use Appleton’s Crewel wools on linen twill fabric to create your very own panel, that will include many Crewelwork stitches but with the main focus on Long and Short and decorative Trellises.
Suitable for intermediate and advanced stitchers.
Size – Approx 22cm x 32cm
There will be plenty of opportunity during the class to ask the Tutor questions.
The class kit will be posted out to you. Your kit includes everything you need including a full colour, step by step instruction booklet but you will need an 18 or 24 inch slate frame/Hand Rotating roller frame that is 45cm x 30cm or larger. It would be useful to have a pencil and paper in case you wish to take extra notes.
