ONL25328 Introduction to Long & Short: ‘Spring Leaf’
£181.00
This zesty spring leaf is designed to inspire budding embroiderers to try long & short stitch. It provides an opportunity to explore and gain confidence in some fundamentals of the silk shading technique, while working with a limited number of colours and chunkier Perle cotton. The stylish design is finished with touches of Satin and Stem Stitch.
This leaf is the third in a series of kits, each designed to introduce you to a different embroidery technique.
Some prior embroidery experience is recommended for this class and there will be plenty of opportunity during the class to ask the Tutor questions.
The kit will include all the materials required. However, for the class you will also need a 6” embroidery hoop and a pair of scissors.
The class kit will be posted out to you. Your kit includes everything you need. The only things you’ll need are a pair of embroidery scissors and it would be useful to have a pencil and paper in case you wish to take extra notes.
You can explore many more stitches on the RSN Stitch Bank.
